All orders ship from our warehouse and showroom in City of Industry, California. Choose your delivery method at checkout.

Free shipping: some sellers offer free SoCal delivery or free ground shipping on their bikes. When a seller offers free shipping, it is shown on the bike page and applied automatically at checkout.
Where we ship
- We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Processing and transit times
- In-stock bikes usually leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days.
- Ground shipping typically takes 3-8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
- SoCal deliveries are scheduled with you by phone or email.
- Showroom pickups are usually ready within 1-2 business days; we email you when your bike is ready.
Signature required
Orders of $1,000 or more require an adult signature at delivery. Please make sure someone is available.
Inspect your delivery
Check the box and bike when they arrive. Report shipping damage within 48 hours, with photos, to support@ebikesell.com. Refusing an undamaged delivery is subject to a $199 fee (see our Return Policy).
Assembly
Shipped bikes need final assembly: usually the handlebar, front wheel, pedals and seat. Tools and instructions are included. We recommend a professional tune-up by a local bike shop before your first ride.
Sales tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, as required by law.
