These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the EBIKESELL website and to purchases you make on it. EBIKESELL is operated by BESTME (“EBIKESELL”, “we”, “us”), 343 N Baldwin Park Blvd, City of Industry, CA 91746. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. The marketplace
EBIKESELL is a marketplace where independent brands and sellers list e-bikes, parts and accessories. The seller of each item is shown on the product page. EBIKESELL processes payments, coordinates shipping and is your point of contact for customer service, returns and warranty claims.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. Orders, pricing and payment
- All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout.
- An order is accepted when we send a shipping or pickup confirmation. We may cancel orders affected by pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
- We ship only to the contiguous United States. See our Shipping Policy.
4. Returns and warranty
Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which includes a $199 return fee on change-of-mind returns of unridden bikes. Warranty claims are governed by our Warranty Policy. You must agree to the Return Policy and these Terms before placing an order.
5. Safe and legal riding
- E-bike rules (classes, helmet requirements, minimum age, where you may ride) vary by state and city. You are responsible for knowing and following local laws.
- In California, e-bikes are limited to 750 W and are sold as Class 1, 2 or 3. Riders of Class 3 e-bikes must be at least 16 and wear a helmet; riders under 18 must wear a helmet on any class.
- Always wear a helmet, read the owner's manual, and have your bike professionally checked after assembly.
- Do not modify your bike to exceed its class speed or power limits. Modifications void the warranty and may make the bike illegal to ride on public roads.
6. Test rides
Test rides at our showroom are at your own risk and subject to a ride waiver signed on site. A valid photo ID is required. We may refuse a test ride for safety reasons.
7. Ask AI assistant
Our Ask AI assistant provides automated suggestions to help you shop. It may make mistakes; always check specifications on the product page before buying. AI answers are not professional, legal or safety advice. For order help, contact support@ebikesell.com.
8. Content and acceptable use
Site content is owned by EBIKESELL or its sellers and licensors. You may not scrape, copy or misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is”, and EBIKESELL is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
